I’m Joanne, a small business visibility specialist based in Glossop in the High Peak, Derbyshire.

My job is to look at what you’ve already got, spot what’s missing (or just not really working!) and help you sort it.

A new website for a business that had grown into something much bigger than its old one showed.
gifts by Granny had evolved, but the website hadn't really caught up. Sharon wanted to move away from being seen purely as a personalised gift business and create something that better reflected the wider range of handmade gifts and homeware she now offers.

I’m Joanne — small business owner, podcaster and visibility specialist based in Glossop in the High Peak. I’ve been running my own businesses for over 16 years, so I know exactly what it feels like to be doing the actual work and somehow trying to make sure enough people know you exist.
I started my first business from scratch back in 2010 and went on to sell thousands of products worldwide, build an international customer base and learn an awful lot about websites, Google, SEO, PR, social media, email marketing and getting a small business noticed along the way.
I’ve since been named one of Small Business Britain’s f:Entrepreneur #ialso100, and now I use everything I’ve learnt to help other independent businesses get found too.
