WHO ARE WE?

Her Handmade Hustle is committed to ensuring that everyone who visits our website feels comfortable and confident when browsing our pages or entering personal information. We will never share any of your information to businesses or companies for marketing purposes and only use it for the sole purpose of working together on the services offered or answering any enquiries received.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE STORE?

We need to keep a record of some personal data from all our clients. We will never pass any of these personal details to third parties. The data we hold includes:

• client's name, billing address, telephone number, email address and order details (if a purchase is made through the ecommerce part of our website)

• Payment card information for services bought – this will be deleted after every purchase

• Your business name and details if required to work with you and your business in a coaching capacity

• To arrange online meetings and telephone calls for the free half hour consultations and coaching programmes. This will require inviting you to the meetings through the third party e.g. Zoom/Microsoft Teams
• To process orders received via our website. If we don’t collect your personal data during checkout, we won’t be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations. This includes sending you the downloadable files from our Templates & Resources library.
• To respond to enquiries, complaints or to process refunds. We may keep a record of our communication with you to demonstrate how we handled your request. We do this on the basis of our contractual obligations to you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service and understanding how we can improve our service based on your experience.
• To send you communications required by law. This may include changes to our Privacy Policy and legally required information relating to your orders. If we do not use your personal data for these purposes, we would be unable to comply with our legal obligations.

In order to send you any downloadable files or arrange our online meetings, we will need to collect your email address and billing address for payment purposes only. These will be deleted from our system after purchase.

This helps us to find out the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Neither Her Handmade Hustle or Google do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
